Office letting sees further success for Columbia Threadneedle at the Millennium Centre in Farnham

Office letting sees further success for Columbia Threadneedle at the Millennium Centre in Farnham

Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 1,918 sq ft office property at M3 Millennium Centre, Crosby Way, Farnham, Surrey to Share Registrars Limited.

Share Registrars is a wholly owned subsidiary of MSP Secretaries, one of the largest UK firms of Chartered Secretaries, and has taken the first floor accommodation within the two storey, business park office, on a new ten year lease at an annual rent of £43,155 (£22.50 per sq.ft.).

Nick Reeve, Partner of Curchod & Co LLP, said: “This transaction represents the third letting to have taken place on the Millennium Centre in the past six months and means that 14,223 sq ft has been let at the office development this year.  The two other transactions saw the 9,000 sq ft ESPA House let to Cello Health and a 3,305 sq ft letting at M4 Millennium Centre to FSL Group, which is part of Maris Interiors.

“The three lettings underline the strength of demand within the area for good quality and accessible office space,” he added.

Share Registrars was represented by Park Steele in the most recent transaction.

Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
