A Building Survey or Condition Survey assists in determining the viability of a property acquisition or investment. In some cases the survey documentation can be attached to new property leases to offset and perhaps limit future repairing liabilities or dilapidation claims.

A Terminal Dilapidations Schedule and Quantified Claim for Damages are specialist schedules that are carried out after a lease has expired. These are also useful as a Repair Notice where there is concern from the landlord that a tenant is in breach of the repairing or lease obligations.
