Talbot Walker takes refurbished Andover town centre offices on new lease

Curchod & Co and Koopmans have let the South Wing, Wessex Chambers in Andover, to Talbot Walker LLP on behalf of a private property company.

The 2,863 sq ft self-contained office, arranged over three floors, has been taken on a new ten-year lease at an annual rent of £35,750, equating to £12.50 per sq ft.

Ed Rees, Graduate Surveyor at Curchod & Co, commented: “This is not only a generational move for Talbot Walker, but it is a promising indication of an improving office market in the South East, despite the challenges faced in recent years.”

The building is prominently located in the town centre, close to the High Street and Chantry Centre, and within walking distance of Andover mainline railway station, approximately 0.8 miles away. It has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, including new carpets and full internal redecoration, and benefits from seven allocated parking spaces.

Talbot Walker LLP was represented by Stratfords Commercial.

The North Wing, comprising 5,429 SQ FT remains available for a new lease to be agreed and has also undergone extensive refurbishment. For further details please contact the joint sole agents.
