Grove Park in Alton is fully occupied following the letting of Unit 6

Chancerygate, advised by Curchod & Co, has let the last vacant property at Grove Park in Alton, Hampshire, meaning that the scheme is now fully occupied.

Unit 6 Grove Park, which measures 3,114 sq ft, has been taken on a new FRI lease by Murnells London Ltd.

Alongside an external upgrade of all units across the estate, Unit 6 had been refurbished to a high standard internally. This comprehensive investment in the park’s appearance and functionality played a key role in attracting Murnells London.

The letting underlines the ongoing shortage of small industrial units in Hampshire, especially in towns like Alton where supply remains tight.

Harry Ford of Curchod & Co commented: “The full occupation of Grove Park demonstrates the continuing strength of demand for small industrial units in the region. With little available stock under 4,000 sq ft in Alton, well-refurbished space is being rapidly absorbed by businesses keen to secure high-quality premises.”

Grove Park is located on Mill Lane, offering good connectivity to the A31 and nearby Alton railway station, with local amenities accessible in the town centre.
