A property company, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 1,865 sq ft shop property in Weybridge High Street to Pret a Manger.
The international sandwich and coffee shop has taken the prominent retail property at Unit 2, 9-11 High Street, on a new ten-year lease.
Thomas Nurton of Curchod & Co said: “The letting followed a simultaneous surrender of an existing lease to Santander UK Plc, and it is encouraging to see another major retailer moving into Weybridge High Street.”
Pret a Manger was represented by Brasier Freeth.
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
