Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Curchod & Co and Owen Isherwood, has renewed its lease on Building M4, Millennium Centre, Crosby Way in Farnham, Surrey to In-Sync Group.
The accounting services business has taken the 7,971 sq ft two-storey office property, close to the town centre, on a new five-year lease at an undisclosed rent.
Nick Reeve, a partner of Curchod & Co, said: “This latest transaction means that the Millennium Centre is 100% full. Since the Covid pandemic began, Curchod & Co has let 20,963 sq ft at the scheme, clearly demonstrating the appeal of the business park, which offers Grade A office accommodation with excellent parking and all within a few minutes’ walk of the town centre and its amenities.”
In-Sync Group was represented by Vail Williams.
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
