Following the successful letting of Unit 2 Helix Business Park in October, acting for Logicor, Curchod & Co have now completed the letting of Units 3 & 4 Helix Business Park.
The 1,100 sq ft unit was taken on a new 5 year lease, achieving a rent of £18.00 per sq.ft., in line with Unit 2 and continuing to set new heights for the Camberley industrial market.
