St George’s House in Camberley now fully let following two new office occupier deals

A private landlord, advised by Curchod & Co, Clare & Co and Hollis Hockley, has completed two lettings at St George’s House, on Knoll Road in Camberley, Surrey, meaning that the property is now fully let.

Knights Security Ltd has leased the 4,183 sq ft third-floor suite on a six-year term without break, commencing on 15th January 2025. This space includes ten dedicated parking spaces.

The Litmus Group has taken 1,564 sq ft on the second-floor south suite, committing to a seven-year lease from 1st January 2026. The suite includes three parking spaces.
