21 London Street, Basingstoke sold to local purchaser

A private individual, advised by Curchod & Co, has sold the freehold interest of 21 London Street, Basingstoke in Hampshire, with vacant possession following the surrender of the existing lease. The 1,703 sq ft property was sold to a confidential local purchaser.

Tom Nurton of Curchod & Co, who handled the disposal, commented: “This sale reflects the demand for freehold opportunities in Basingstoke town centre, which remain rare, particularly where vacant possession can be secured.”
