Following the appointment of Piers Leigh to oversee office and investment agency throughout the Surrey and North Hampshire markets, Curchod & Co is continuing with the growth of its business with a further expansion of its team through promotions and new appointments.
In Basingstoke, Keith Enters has been promoted to become a Director of the business. Keith has 15 years experience of the commercial property market in Hampshire.
Nick Reeve said “Keith and his team have intimate knowledge and understanding of the markets in North Hampshire and further afield and their promotions, along with other changes and appointments, will further boost the growth of the business”.
As part of the growth of the team in Basingstoke, the firm has announced that Thomas Nurton, Chartered Surveyor, is relocating from Woking to Basingstoke on a full time basis. He joined the business in 2019 and will continue to deal with commercial agency and undertake rent reviews, lease renewals and other commercial property professional matters. He will join, Tom Clancy, who is also a Chartered Surveyor with over 6 years of experience and is involved with commercial agency and professional matters. Edward Rees has joined Basingstoke as a Graduate Surveyor.
