Curchod & Co has announced four internal promotions effective 1st April, recognising the growth and contribution of colleagues across its Surrey and Hampshire offices.
The most significant appointment sees Victoria Powers become a Partner, having joined the firm in 2009. Over 17 years, Victoria has built a career that now spans the full breadth of commercial and residential property management, earning a reputation as a trusted, detail-driven professional with deep expertise in property legislation and safety compliance. Her promotion to Partner is a testament to what long-term commitment and consistent excellence can achieve.
In Woking, Kyran Copestick has been promoted to Associate after five years with the firm. Kyran joined as a graduate and becomes the sixth person to reach Associate level through Curchod & Co’s graduate pathway, a track record that speaks well of how the firm develops early-career talent into capable, confident surveyors.
Josie Reeves, based in Camberley, has been promoted to Senior Surveyor, also marking five years with the business. And in Basingstoke, Ed Rees steps up to Surveyor following three years with the firm.
