Prime retail letting at Festival Place, Basingstoke

Curchod & Co, has let Unit 17, Mayfair House in the Festival Place Shopping Centre in Basingstoke to Grape Tree. Grape Tree is one of the UK’s largest health and wellness retailers, with more than 140 stores across the country.

The 1,590 sq ft property over ground and basement floors, is located in a prime position, adjacent to The Body Shop, Flying Tiger and Patisserie Valerie.

Tom Clancy of Curchod & Co remarked on the transaction, “This lease marks a significant achievement in the current market.
