Town centre office investment sold in Farnham

Town centre office investment sold in Farnham

Gorse Lane Partnership, advised by Curchod & Co, has sold the investment of a 6,447 sq ft office property at St Stephen’s House, Farnham in Surrey for £1,500,000, to ARK Properties.

The sale of the self-contained three-storey, town centre office, which is let to three separate tenants, reflects a yield of 7.1%.

Nick Reeve, Partner of Curchod & Co LLP, said: “Despite the pandemic, the market’s appetite for investments such as St Stephen’s House remains strong. Curchod & Co was asked to quietly offer the premises to a small handful of investors, and we were quickly able to generate a number of bids, resulting in the successful sale to Ark Properties.”

ARK Properties Ltd was unrepresented.

Surrey & Hampshire property specialists

Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
