Curchod & Co and David Menzies Associates have advised Wolfe Properties, in the letting of 5A Lion & Lamb Yard, Farnham in Surrey.
The 1,229 sq ft retail property has been taken by IDT Systems on a three-year lease at an annual rent of £65,000 (£53.00 per sq ft). The shop will trade as Givft Station, the provider of personalised gifts using customers’ own images and the latest high-resolution print technology.
Curchod & Co’s Matthew Seary said: “The Lion & Lamb Yard is one of the most attractive locations for small and independent traders in the area due to its popularity with the public and its high footfall.
“The design of the individual units give them flexibility and make them suitable for a wide range of uses and this transaction reflects the demand for such property from a range of different businesses.”
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
