Computer Share, advised by Curchod & Co LLP and Compton Rose Properties, has let 9,500 sq ft of offices at Bohunt Manor, Portsmouth Road in Liphook to Rocksteady Music School, the in-school rock band music session provider.
The office property has been taken by Rocksteady on a new, ten-year lease.
Nick Reeve of Curchod & Co LLP said: “Set in landscaped grounds of around 16-acres close to the A3, Bohunt was the ideal location for Rocksteady’s new HQ facility.”
Scott Monks, CEO of Rocksteady, said: “Having grown to become the UK’s biggest rock school, we had been looking for a larger HQ to help realise our mission of empowering as many children as possible. After a long search, we found Bohunt Manor, which is perfect as a HQ and will allow us to ensure that our teachers, based across the UK, have all the support they need to deliver the very best experience to children.”
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
