East Hampshire District Council, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 937 sq ft warehouse and industrial property at Unit 4 Woolmer Trading Estate in Bordon, Hampshire to Caravan Service & Repairs.
The property has been taken on a five-year lease and an annual rent of £11,500.
Matthew Seary of Curchod & Co in Farnham said: “The mid terrace industrial unit is one of a number of small properties on the industrial estate that are ideal for small and medium size businesses and they remain popular with occupiers looking for efficient and flexible accommodation.”
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
