A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co, has let 14 Reading Road South in Fleet, Hampshire to Fleet Scoop Limited.
The 752 sq ft retail property has been taken on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £15,600.
Matthew Seary of Curchod & Co said: “Being situated on one of the main roads into Fleet, this is a popular location with independent traders due to the high pedestrian footfall and passing trade.”

As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in.
