A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co, has let 14 Reading Road South in Fleet, Hampshire to Fleet Scoop Limited.

The 752 sq ft retail property has been taken on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £15,600.

Matthew Seary of Curchod & Co said: “Being situated on one of the main roads into Fleet, this is a popular location with independent traders due to the high pedestrian footfall and passing trade.”
