London Clancy are instructed by our client Padmanor Investments Ltd to provide full property management services at Southern House Otterbourne.
The property is occupied by NHS Training and South Coast Ambulance Service (SCAS) for their 999 and 111 Emergency Call Centres. London Clancy manage the building and all repairs to the building structure grounds and common parts.
During these difficult times amid the Covid -19 virus outbreak this site is being heavily utilised in order to ensure that the NHS and SCAS are ready for the considerable challenges. London Clancy are very pleased to be able to help by ensuring the building is operational on a 24/7 basis and also accommodating the changing requirements.
London Clancy are demonstrating a flexible approach together with our select approved contractors increasing cleaning and changing specifications as required to tackle Covid -19.
London Clancy have managed Southern House for Padmanor Investments Ltd since May 2011 and we regularly discuss the ongoing management and tenant requirements with the occupiers to ensure the tenants' requirements are met. This is particularly challenging as the building is occupied 24/7 365 days a year.
