A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co’s Farnham office, has completed the letting of Beaumont House on Auchinleck Way, in Aldershot, Hampshire.
The landmark 14,830 sq ft Grade II* listed property has been let to Inclusion Education, a specialist provider of support for children with disabilities and special educational needs (SEND). The tenant secured a change of use to educational use prior to signing a fifteen-year full repairing and insuring lease at an annual rent of £203,912.
