Egham industrial unit on long lease sold at Thorpe Industrial Estate

A private client of Curchod & Co’s has sold Unit 4, Eversley Way, a 1,258 sq ft warehouse and industrial unit on the Thorpe Industrial Estate, Egham in Surrey.

The property is held on a one hundred and fifty-year lease from October 1985, providing long-term security of tenure. The unit was marketed with an asking price of £250,000, with the final sale price remaining confidential and has been purchased by a private individual.

The transaction completed following a short marketing period.

Commenting on the sale, John Shaw of Curchod & Co said: “The transaction demonstrates continued and steady demand for small to medium-sized industrial premises located on well-established industrial estates across the South East. Such assets remain attractive to a broad range of purchasers due to their strong occupational fundamentals and constrained supply.”

The self-contained property has a four metre eaves height, roller shutter loading door, three-phase power, and on-site parking for multiple vehicles.
