Curchod & Co arranges a new lease on 72 Castle Street in Farnham, Surrey

Curchod & Co, on behalf of a private client, has successfully facilitated the simultaneous surrender of an existing lease and the granting of a new lease for 72 Castle Street property in Farnham, Surrey.

The new tenant, Private GP Clinic trading as Ceda Healthcare, has committed to a ten-year term on the historic property at a rental of £37,000 per annum.
