Convenience store comes to Badshot Lea, Farnham

Curchod & Co, acting on behalf of a private client, have let 57-59 Badshot Lea Road, Farnham to 7AM Stores Limited, an established chain of local convenience stores.

The prominent retail unit has been taken on a new 15 year lease.

Alex Blown, Graduate Surveyor of Curchod & Co, said: “This is a significant letting for the area providing a valuable service to the local community. The relative lack of other convenience stores  in the immediate vicinity contributed to a high level of demand during marketing and a record rent being achieved with the resultant letting”.
