A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co, has let 3,898 sq ft of office space within Sandhurst House, Yorktown Road, Sandhurst, Berkshire to The Concrete Society.
The provider of technical information and advice on the use of concrete has taken the two ground-floor suites on two separate leases, at a combined annual rental of £66,266.
Josie Reeves of Curchod & Co in Camberley said: “The property is located on the main road through Sandhurst, and benefits from easy access to the A30 and M3 motorway. With excellent on-site car parking, the property received high levels of interest from the market, and the double letting insured a minimal void period for the landlord.”
