London Clancy and Woodford & Co. successfully sell freehold investments
London Clancy and Woodford & Co, acting for R O’Dell holdings Limited, have successfully sold the above freehold investment, comprising modern self-contained offices totalling 10,880 sq.ft, on ground and first floors let to 8 individual tenants in total being 91% let.
The total rent roll was rising to circa £82,000 when fully let. The price achieved was £875,000 which equated to a yield of circa 8.83% after allowing for costs and equated to £80 per sq.ft. Capital Value.
