Waverley House suite let to Traders Connect App on a new five-year lease.

Store Property Investments, advised by Curchod & Co, has let Suite B at Waverley House, Farnham Business Park, to Traders Connect App. The suite, encompassing 971 square feet of fully fitted, air-conditioned office space, was secured on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £22,750.

Alex Blown from Curchod & Co commented on the transaction and said: “This lease signifies a robust demand for high-quality office spaces within Farnham Business Park, a location that continues to attract innovative companies. The high occupancy levels reflect the park’s strategic location and the proactive property management approach.”

The first-floor office suite provides a modern open-plan layout, enhanced by air conditioning, raised floors, and LED lighting. Additionally, the property has seven dedicated parking spaces, including provisions for electric vehicle charging.

Farnham Business Park is a well-established commercial hub located just off the A31, close to Farnham town centre and the town’s railway station.
