Tailor sews up retail letting in Basingstoke


TAILOR SEWS UP RETAIL LETTING IN BASINGSTOKE

A private investor, advised by London Clancy, has let a 1,112 sq ft shop property at 16a, Church Street in Basingstoke, Hampshire to Prime Tailoring.

The tailoring business has taken the retail unit on a new lease at an undisclosed rent.

Tom Clancy, of London Clancy, said: "Prime Tailoring has taken a new lease, following a short marketing campaign, highlighting the strong demand from specialist operators for well-positioned premises, in locations that provide good accessibility for customers.”

Prime Tailoring was unrepresented.
