Festival Place, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 1,026 sq ft shop property at 19 Hampstead House, Festival Place, Basingstoke, Hampshire to Ephesus Turkish Barbers.
The modern town centre property located, at the Clifton Walk entrance of the town’s premier shopping centre, has been taken on a new ten-year lease.
