Screwfix takes additional trade counter outlet in Farnham

A private landlord, represented by Curchod & Co, has let Unit 9B at Farnham Trading Estate to Screwfix.

The UK’s leading trade tool and hardware business has taken the 6,930 sq ft industrial property, opposite Jewsons and other trade counter businesses, on a new ten-year lease and continues the property’s previous use as a trade counter unit.

Curchod & Co’s Alex Blown said, “Securing a tenant of the size and reputation of Screwfix was a real coup. The ten-year lease agreement, without a break, confirms their commitment and confidence in Farnham.”

Hartnell Taylor Cook represented Screwfix in the transaction.
