Prime retail letting in Andover

PRIME RETAIL PROPERTY LETTING IN ANDOVER

A private investor, advised by London Clancy, has let a 1,400 sq ft shop at 26, High Street, Andover in Hampshire to The Travelling Cupcake.

The family-run, homemade cake bakery has taken the retail property, which occupies a prime high street position, on a new lease.

Tom Clancy, Graduate Surveyor of London Clancy, said: "The continued success and expansion of a local business within the town centre highlights the confidence that occupiers have in Andover and the opportunities it provides for both independent traders and national retailers."

The Travelling Cupcake was unrepresented in the transaction.
