A private property company, advised by Curchod & Co, Clare & Co and Hollis Hockley has let 3,288 sq ft of first-floor office accommodation at St George’s House, Knoll Road, in Camberley in Surrey to Hiperdist Ltd.
The IT company has taken the property on a new five-year lease at £59,184 per annum (£18 per sq ft)
Josie Reeves of Curchod & Co said, “The modern office suite, with a large open-plan area, separate meeting rooms and large kitchen/ break out area, came to the market unexpectedly but proved to be ideal for Hiperdist. The tenant needed to move quickly, and the swift actions of all parties ensured the letting went ahead in a short time frame.
“The letting is a testament to the enduring appeal of well-located and well-appointed commercial properties in Camberley,” she added.
