Oncosem UK Limited move to Unit 6, Spectrum Court, Basingstoke

Marchmont Investment Management, advised by Curchod & Co and Baker Davidson Thomas, has let Unit 6 Spectrum Court in Basingstoke to Oncosem UK Limited.

The 2,469 sq ft modern industrial unit has been taken on a five-year lease at a headline rent of £14.50 per sq ft.

Unit 6 forms part of the fully refurbished Spectrum Court, a modern scheme located on Intec Business Park, Wade Road.

Commenting on the deal, Tom Nurton and Keith Enters of Curchod & Co said: “This letting underlines the continued strength of demand for high-quality industrial space in Basingstoke, especially where occupiers can benefit from excellent connectivity and a secure estate environment. This letting also continues to demonstrate the strength of the local occupier market.”
