Novus Integration agrees lease on offices in Hook

  • Power move for BEMS firm in Hook

A property company, advised by Curchod and Co and BDT, has let a 2,000 sq ft office at the ground floor of Unit 2 Meridian Office Park, Osborn Way in Hook, Hampshire to Novus Integration Limited.

The building energy management systems business has taken the whole of the ground floor within the two-storey property on a new five-year lease.

Tom Clancy, Associate Partner of Curchod and Co, said: “This letting underlines the steady demand we’re continuing to see for good-quality office space in well-connected towns such as Hook. Businesses still value accessibility and specification, particularly where rail and road links support hybrid working and team collaboration.”

Novus Integration Limited was unrepresented.
