Spincrest Limited, advised by Curchod & Co, has let three units at The Timber Yard in Tilford near Farnham.
Detail Limited has taken two separate units totalling 6,247 sq ft. Redwood which measures 4,788 sq ft, has been taken on a three-year lease and at the same time, ‘Larch’ a 1,459 sq ft industrial unit has been taken on a lease until the autumn of 2022.
Elsewhere at The Timber Yard, Blue Dog Productions Limited, the media production and event planning business, has taken ‘Olive’, a 3,356 sq ft unit, on a five-year lease.
