Woking Borough Council, advised by Curchod & Co, has let three industrial units known as Units 1, 2 and 3 Kestrel Business Park, Woking.
The following 3 units have been let on new full repairing and insuring leases:-
Richard Newsam of Curchod & Co in Woking said: “Following practical completion of the Speculative Development in January 2020, it is encouraging to see a mixture of national and local businesses commit to taking industrial space at Kestrel Business Park. These lettings reflect the current high demand for warehouse/industrial space in and around Woking”.
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
