Curchod & Co, the Surrey & Hampshire commercial property specialist, has advised a private landlord during the successful rent review settlement and assignment of the lease for 3 Downing Street in Farnham, formerly occupied by Loch Fyne, the seafood restaurant. The lease has been assigned to Oakman Inns and Restaurant, which has converted the property into a public house known as The Lost Boy.
The Lost Boy is the first outlet south of London for the award winning pub and restaurant chain.
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
