The Trustees of the Hampton Estate, advised by Curchod & Co, have let 715 sq ft of office space at The Dairy, Shoelands Farm Offices in Puttenham to Kim Byrne who is opening a portrait/photography studio.
The property has been taken on a three-year lease at an annual rent of £13,000 (£18.00 per sq ft).
Matthew Seary of Curchod & Co said: “The Shoelands Farm development, which provides nine separate office suites totalling over 7,000 sq ft, has proved highly popular with small and medium-sized businesses.
“Being strategically positioned between Farnham and Guildford and within minutes of both the A3 and A31, the property enjoys both a rural setting with excellent accessibility, combined with ample on-site parking.”
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
