Wild Life Day Camps Expands in Bordon

Wild Life Day Camps Expands in Bordon

A private landlord, represented by Curchod & Co LLP, has let 1,481 sq ft of office space at Highview Business Centre in Bordon, Hampshire to Wild Life Day Camps Ltd.

Unit 2 at the two-storey office scheme has been taken on a new ten-year lease at an undisclosed annual rent.

Nick Reeve of Curchod & Co in Farnham said: “With the major inward investment in Bordon in terms of infrastructure and new homes, there has been an increase in interest from businesses looking to expand and benefit from the local, highly skilled workforce. This transaction reflects the demand for good quality accommodation in the town.”

Wild Life Day Camps Ltd was not represented in the transaction.

Surrey & Hampshire property specialists

Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
