QinetiQ, advised by Curchod & Co and Lambert Smith Hampton, has let a self-contained office unit at Cody Technology Park in Farnborough to Dart Frog Gaming.
The immersive Esports website business has taken Building A8 at Cody Technology Park on a three-year lease.
Nick Reeve of Curchod & Co said: “The park has a history built on leading-edge technology and innovation and has become a focal point for small businesses and enterprises with potential for fast-growth, such as Dart Frog Gaming.”
Penny Avon of QinetiQ added: “The park’s location, accessibility and technological heritage, combined with the flexible terms available, continue to attract dynamic and entrepreneurial companies and this transaction underlines Cody’s ongoing success.”
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
