Areawise, advised by Curchod & Co, has let Unit C Albert Road in Aldershot, to Pyramid Trading.
The steel stockholder and fabricator has taken the 1,654 sq ft industrial property on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £14,000.
Curchod & Co’s David Bowen of in Camberley said, “This two-storey office and storage property was ideal for Pyramid Trading’s occupational needs. They already occupy a number of units in the neighbouring Rotunda Estate and this acquisition supports their ongoing business growth.”
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
