A private owner has been advised by Curchod & Co regarding the sale of a development site in Service Road in Addlestone to DH Properties for £320,0000.
The 0.07-acre (0.02 hectare) site includes an obsolete light industrial building, totalling 2,063 sq ft that was sold with the benefit of planning consent for two, three-bedroom semi-detached houses.
Gary Whittaker of Curchod & Co in Weybridge said: “Sites suitable for redevelopment and the creation of new homes are in high demand. The existing industrial property on the site was no longer fit for purpose and, being located close to the town centre and railway station, the site generated a lot of interest.”
Seymours advised DH Properties.
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
