Double deal at Ash Vale’s Enterprise Estate

Guildford Borough Council, advised by Curchod & Co, has let two units of 625 sq ft each at the Enterprise Estate in Ash Vale, in Surrey.

Angel Custom Cars Ltd has taken Unit 8, and Oxto Ltd has taken Unit 14. Both properties have been taken on three-year leases at annual rents of £9,250 each (£14.80 per sq ft).

Matthew Seary of Curchod & Co said, “The Enterprise Estate has always been aimed at supporting start-up and small businesses, providing them with flexible accommodation that allows them to grow and develop, helping the local economy.

“These two transactions confirmed the strength of demand with such businesses at this time.”
