A new nail bar has opened in Farnham, following the letting of 24 The Borough by Maple Management Limited, advised by Curchod & Co.
The 604 sq ft retail property has been taken on a ten-year lease by the nail bar owner at an annual rent of £28,000.
Matthew Seary of Curchod & Co in Farnham said: “Service providers such as nail bars are becoming an important feature of the high street environment, increasing footfall and bringing life to town centre locations.”
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
