Camtune Limited, advised by Curchod & Co, has surrendered its lease on a 4,750 sq ft warehouse property at 11 Wintersells Road in West Byfleet, Surrey to the property’s owner.
Gary Whitaker of Curchod & Co said: “Camtune was looking to assign its lease at the property to another business but it became apparent that a surrender of the existing lease would be beneficial to both parties and allows the landlord to re-let the property on a new lease.
“It is often the case that, with some lateral thought, alternative solutions can be found to resolve such situations,” he added.
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
