7 The Borough in Farnham to be a Wine Bar again called ‘Bloom’

7 The Borough in Farnham to be a Wine Bar again called ‘Bloom’

Patrick Dean Limited, represented by Curchod & Co, has let 7 The Borough in Farnham, to Bloom Farnham.

The 1,870 sq ft restaurant property, formerly occupied by Prezzo, has been taken on a 10-year lease at an undisclosed rent.

Matthew Seary of Curchod & Co said: “Bloom Farnham will be transforming the property and returning it to its former use as a wine bar. Farnham residents and members of the business community will have fond memories of when Seven’s Wine occupied the property – considered by many as an institution in the town.”

Dominique Maxwell from Bloom Farnham added: “This is a great opportunity for us to showcase our new bar and restaurant concept in the heart of a thriving town that is ready for something different. Open from noon to midnight in the week and 1 am at weekends there is plenty of time to sample the full extent of the drinks menu from barista style coffee early afternoon to fresh cocktails and fine wines in the evenings. The food offering is comprised of small plates designed for sharing with friends and family, we have a wide range of dishes British mini roast beef to tequila clams.  We look forward to welcoming Farnham to see what we have done with the venue and relax in our bar, restaurant and courtyard garden with a cocktail or two!”

Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
