CIFCO Capital Ltd, advised by Curchod & Co and JLL, has let Units 17 & 18 on the Basingstoke Business Centre, Winchester Road, Basingstoke, to Krystal Kitchens.
The bespoke kitchen manufacturer has taken the 2,426 sq ft warehouse property on a new ten-year lease.

Units 19 & 20 providing a further 2,440 sq ft are currently available at the Basingstoke Business Centre and are undergoing a full refurbishment. The units would be well suited to trader counter-occupiers.
