Legal and General Assurance (Pensions Management) Ltd has let Gateway House, Kingsland Business Park, Basingstoke, to TSL Lighting on a ten-year lease. The property is 50,418 sq ft GEA.

TSL Lighting have relocated from 11 Bilton Road, also on Kingsland Business Park, to Gateway House, due to their expansion requirement. The deal underlines the company’s long-term commitment to the location and reinforces Kingsland Business Park’s appeal as a key industrial and logistics hub in Basingstoke and surrounding areas.
