Enterprise Court in Basingstoke fully let following recent letting

A prvate investor, advised by London Clancy, has let a 477 sq ft warehouse property at Unit 3 Enterprise Court, Rankine Road in Basingstoke, Hampshire to Umine IT.

The technology and computing business has taken the modern warehouse and industrial property which has a 3.8 metres eaves height on a new five year lease at an annual rent of £6,750 (£14.15 psf).

Tom Clancy of London Clancy said "As this was the only vacant property at Enterprise Court, the scheme is fully let and the letting hghlights the continued demand for industrial premises."

Umine IT was unrepresented in the transaction.
