Curchod & Co win race for major new office instruction in Woking

Curchod & Co, along with James Andrew International and Colliers, have been selected by McLaren, the Formula 1 and supercar manufacturer, to dispose of its Victoria Gate offices in Woking’s Victoria Way. The building, which was renovated in 2017 and boasts over 66,500 square feet on six floors, occupies a prime location in the town centre.

According to Piers Leigh of Curchod & Co, the building is available for lease in its entirety or in parts.
