Curchod & Co, leading the way in Surrey’s commercial property sector, has been named the county’s most active agent for the third year running, according to the Estates Gazette’s (EG) 2023 on-demand rankings. There were further celebrations as, in addition to being recognised for its significant achievements across Surrey – with nearly 90 transactions, Curchod & Co also secured second spot in the Hampshire market with 82 deals.
Notably, Curchod & Co also clinched fifth place in South East England for industrial and warehouse transactions, totalling an impressive 495,455 sq ft.
